A home for your website
For straightforward business websites built and hosted by BHS. Monthly services are separate from your one-time build fee and do not finance the website. All three plans include managed hosting.

Content changes are billed separately. Normal requests have a target acknowledgment time of two business days. This is an acknowledgment target, not a completion or incident-resolution guarantee.

Monthly hosting and care
Choose the level of support your website needs. Website Care and Care Plus include hosting in the monthly total. Paid care starts only when agreed, normally after the included 30-day build defect-fix period.

Monthly edit time does not roll over. Plans are billed monthly in advance; managed hosting begins at launch. Automated monitoring may run around the clock; human support is during agreed business hours, not 24/7. Business hours and holiday coverage are confirmed in the service agreement.
Domain renewals, email mailboxes, booking tools, premium licenses, and other paid services are separate. No plan guarantees uninterrupted service or search rankings. WordPress, custom web apps, and unusual traffic or storage requirements need a separate scope.
No annual commitment. Cancel by email before the next renewal; service continues through the paid period. Fully paid builds include source-code export at no extra export fee. You or your developer handles migration, subject to third-party license and account restrictions.
Specialized sites
Starting at $149 per month, including ordinary hosting. Backups, tested core, plugin, and theme updates, monitoring, monthly checks, and 30 minutes of minor edits. We confirm the site, hosting needs, licenses, and service schedule before starting.
Starting at $199 per month for care, plus infrastructure and paid services. Quoted after an app review. Includes up to one hour total per month for routine maintenance and support, monitoring review, and deployment checks. Work beyond that scope requires an approved quote.
Custom quote. Pricing depends on transactions, integrations, backup and recovery needs, and the agreed response commitment. A React site using a “Web App” hosting option is assessed by its actual functionality and maintenance needs, not its deployment label.
$149 initial assessment before BHS takes on an outside website. Migration and existing problems are quoted separately. Onboarding is waived for websites BHS builds.
Minor edits include client-supplied text, photo swaps, opening hours, prices, staff details, and similar changes to existing pages. Email the page link, replacement content, and requested change. We confirm the scope and expected timing before starting.
Additional routine work starts at $90 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments, with your approval before exceeding the included allowance. Monthly edit time expires and does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, custom features, copywriting, SEO campaigns, and major troubleshooting are separate projects quoted before work starts.
For static sites, BHS keeps an independent site copy and backs up each published change. Routine restoration from an available backup is distinct from malware cleanup or repairs to third-party code. Restoration scope, any charges, and recovery expectations are confirmed in the service agreement. Malware cleanup and major third-party repairs are separately scoped. BHS corrects mistakes it introduces at no charge.
Domain renewals, mailboxes, booking services, premium licenses, databases, and API usage are identified separately. Infrastructure and paid services are additional to custom-app care. Specialized plans require an agreed acknowledgment target and support schedule; ordinary hosting and care targets do not automatically create an emergency response commitment.
Delivery & payment
You receive the website files, images and other project assets, setup instructions, and a list of any outside services or accounts the site needs. You can keep those files and host them independently of BHS.
You or your chosen developer uploads and configures the site on your hosting. Source-code delivery does not include us logging in to your server or hosting account to install it.
We test and publish your approved website on BHS-managed hosting. BHS Hosting is $20 per month. Website Care is $50 per month including hosting; Website Care Plus is $100 per month including hosting. These monthly fees are separate from the one-time build.
You own your domain and pay for its registration. BHS Hosting excludes regular content edits; Website Care includes 30 minutes per month and Care Plus includes 60 minutes total. You can request your paid-for source files if you decide to move later.
If you already have a VPS, shared-hosting account, or company server, choose source-code delivery and arrange deployment with your hosting provider or developer.
We do not configure that environment, install server software, manage its security, or troubleshoot its hosting setup. Our setup instructions explain the website requirements so the person deploying it knows what is needed.
Pay 50% of the agreed build fee to begin and the remaining 50% before file handoff or BHS-managed launch: Launch is $250 + $250, Business is $500 + $500, and Growth is $750 + $750.
The agreed package includes 5 revision rounds for Launch, 10 for Business, or 15 for Growth. A round is one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed work; extra pages, new features, or a changed project scope are quoted separately.
Send your business name and contact details, logo and brand preferences, page ideas, and the text and images you want to use. Only provide material you own or have permission to use.
Business and Growth include editing your supplied copy. Original photography and extensive new writing are separate. You also arrange your domain and any required third-party accounts or subscriptions; we confirm what is needed before work begins.
Every build includes 30 days of fixes for defects in the agreed work, starting when we hand over the source files or launch on BHS hosting. For example, report a broken link or a layout that does not behave as agreed.
With source-code delivery, we provide corrected files for you or your developer to upload. With BHS hosting, we apply the fixes. New content requests, added functionality, and issues with your own server are outside this defect-fix period. Optional monthly care is available for BHS-hosted sites afterward. The signed agreement and project scope define the final service commitments.
Beyond the packages
Stores, custom applications, extra pages, extensive writing, and additional integrations are quoted to fit the work. Delivery remains source code or BHS-managed hosting.

Yes. Email us before your next renewal to cancel; hosting continues through your paid billing period. For a fully paid build, we provide the current project source code, project assets, and setup instructions on request at no extra export fee. You or your developer handles the move. Third-party licenses, subscriptions, and account data remain subject to their providers’ terms.
